The Kymerian Cuirass was a major build for Willow, each piece was modelled in ZBrush then printed, molded and cast in a variety of hard to soft polyurethanes to allow different movement depending on where it was worn. All parts were then chromed and tinted and meticulously attached to the main body.
Masks made for the Bone Reavers. Each mask was made up of different bones, sculpted together with clay then cast with soft foam for the actors to wear on horse back.
Tir Asleen armour. Suits were made using a mix of ZBrush and hand sculpting and riveted together with leather straps.
Hand made shoulders using hammer and anvil to give a realistic effect of worked metal
